• Delivery Policy. From Farm to Vase

DELIVERY POLICY

To make sure your flowers arrive at the right time to the right place please read and understand our DELIVERY POLICY before placing your order. By placing your order you agree to our Delivery Policy and TERMS AND CONDITIONS of service.

We do our best to keep up with last minute orders, but in general we need at least 24h to process your order.

WHERE WE ARE

From Farm to Vase is based in Bundaberg, Queensland and we use only Australian grown flowers mostly grown at our own farm. 

THIRD-PARTY COURIERS

As we’re located in Regional Australia, we have limited network of courier partners available.

All local orders in 4670 are delivered by our local couriers.

DELIVERY TIME AND DATE

When placing your order you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery date. As much as we want you to receive your flowers on preferred day, we cannot guarantee or ensure delivery times and dates will be the ones you chose. The date you choose will be only an estimate.

By placing your order you agree to delivery terms and acknowledge that.

As our long haul courier partners don’t operate on weekends and public holidays, your order can be shipped from Monday to Wednesday to be delivered Tuesday to Friday or the on the first possible day available.

Local (4670 )orders will be processed in minimum of 24 hours.

We will not deliver on weekends and public holidays, unless agreed differently.

If we’re not able to process your order for the delivery date preferred, your order will be sent out next day available.

DELIVERY TIMES

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for your order. Most commonly your flowers will be delivered to business addresses prior to 5:00pm.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND LOCATION

Your flowers will be delivered to the address provided by You during the check out process. Please make sure the address is correct in order for the flowers to reach recipient. Any missing or incorrect information could cause delays or non-delivery. 

If we’re not able to deliver your order due to missing information or incorrect address and your order will be returned to us, we can resend and/or replace your flowers (due to perishable nature of the product). In this case additional fees will apply and it’ll be handled case-by-case.

If the provided address for your delivery is in building or complex which is security-protected or gated, it is your responsibility to provide the access to courier to hand over the delivery and to make sure recipient is available to accept the parcel. If the courier can’t access the building, recipient is not available and/or there is no safe place where to leave the parcel. Your order will be considered as UNDELIVERABLE.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

We want your flowers to arrive in the freshest possible condition. Flowers are delicate and perishable product, they can be affected by hot temperatures especially during summer months.  Please make sure someone is present to accept the delivery as flowers left outside are more likely to be damaged by the heat which will reduce their lifespan and quality.

We have asked our couriers to leave the parcel in a safe covered place at the provided address, when nobody is present to receive the delivery. 

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS UNDELIVERABLE

Your order will be considered undeliverable when:

  • address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • couriers don’t have access to the building or complex.
  • Nobody is present to accept the delivery and there is no safe place to leave the parcel.
  • Delivery is refused before opening the parcel

All undeliverable order will return to Courier depot or post office and a card will be left in attempted address to inform them about the collection address. We strongly encourage you to go and collect your flowers within 24h from attempted delivery because of perishable nature of the product. 

We do not take any responsibility for the quality of the flowers collected from depot or post office later than 24h from attempted delivery.

RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY OF YOUR ORDER

We cannot take any responsibility for your order if no one is present at the delivery address  to accept your parcel. 

It is your responsibility to:

  • provide correct address of the recipient
  • provide acceptable access to address provided
  • make sure someone is present to receive the order.

We will not be responsible for:

  • damaged or stolen order if the recipient haven’t been present to accept the order.
  • quality of your flower if your delivery has been left outside due no authorised people to receive your order.
  • Your flowers getting to your recipient once they’re delivered to address provided by you.
  • Undeliverable orders.
  • The quality of the flowers collected from courier depot within 24h once the order has been considered Undeliverable.

MISSING DELIVERY

We want to succeed with every order, so in case your flowers have not turned up within 3 week days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from your intended delivery date, please contact us. We will find out what has gone wrong and will try to find best solution for every case.
